If your blade is longer, you can simply use two Blade Stabilizers, one on each side of the vise, to provide secure support.

The Blade Stabilizer's dual functionality allows it to be used as both a blade stabilizer and a blade stop. The Blade Stabilizer portion can be removed, leaving you with just the blade stop. This feature removes the risk of your blade slipping down in the vise while ensuring consistent sharpening results. To use the blade stop, simply flip it between the jaws, rest the spine of your knife on the blade stop, and close your vise normally. The blade stop can be conveniently stored in your sharpener, allowing you to use it whenever needed.

It's worth noting that the Blade Stabilizer is not compatible with the Standard Vise found on the GO-WE60 model. However, it is designed to fit the new DualCam Vise as well as the Cam-Lock vise from previous generations.
